Those are table stakes. What’s rare is someone who can walk out of a tense requirements workshop with a documented, agreed-upon scope \u2014 without escalating to a manager.<\/p>\n Start small: in your next meeting, practice restating what someone said before responding (“So what I’m hearing is…”) before you offer your own take. It sounds simple.
