Got rejected after 3 Salesforce Admin interviews — what am I missing?

I've cleared the Admin cert, done a couple of Trailhead superbadges, but I keep getting rejected after the technical round. Feedback is always vague, something like "need more hands-on depth." Last interview they asked me to walk through how I'd set up approval processes for a discount workflow and I just froze halfway. Anyone been through this and figured out what's actually missing?

Happened to me too. What helped was building a messy real org of my own (free Dev org) instead of just doing Trailhead modules. Interviewers can tell when you've only seen the happy path.

Same boat 6 months ago. One thing — record your own mock answers and play them back. I sounded way more unsure out loud than I thought I did in my head.
